Billionaire Leon Black sued the House Oversight Committee in federal court Thursday, challenging the committee’s subpoena for him to testify about Jeffrey Epstein and provide additional documents, escalating his dispute with the committee after he abruptly ended his first interview about Epstein and was threatened with contempt if he didn’t show up to testify again.
