Looking for help with today’s Wordle? In this guide, we have some extra hints and clues to help you on your path to Wordle victory, plus a fun Bonus Wordle to solve while you’re at it. The answer is below as well, plus some Wordle Bot analysis and plenty more.
I gave you this visual logic puzzle yesterday and today you get the answer:
The answer? 3
The rule: (top − bottom-left) × bottom-right = center
- Triangle 1: (6 − 2) × 2 = 4 × 2 = 8
- Triangle 2: (7 − 5) × 3 = 2 × 3 = 6
- Triangle 3: (7 − 4) × 2 = 3 × 2 = 6
- Triangle 4: (6 − 5) × 3 = 1 × 3 = 3

Today’s Wordle Etymology
“Dryly” comes from dry + the adverbial suffix -ly. Dry comes from Old English drȳge, from Proto-Germanic draugiz. The figurative sense—speaking without warmth, emotion, or obvious humor—developed from the idea of something lacking moisture or liveliness.

How To Play Competitive Wordle
- Guessing in 1 is worth 3 points; guessing in 2 is worth 2 points; guessing in 3 is worth 1 point; guessing in 4 is worth 0 points; guessing in 5 is -1 points; guessing in 6 is -2 points and missing the Wordle is -3 points.
- If you beat your opponent you get 1 point. If you tie, you get 0 points. And if you lose to your opponent, you get -1 point. Add it up to get your score. Keep a daily running score or just play for a new score each day.
- Fridays are 2XP, meaning you double your points—positive or negative.
- You can keep a running tally or just play day-by-day. Enjoy!
