Before the 2026 Primetime Emmys get underway in Los Angeles on Monday night, stars will be arriving at the event’s red carpet ceremony.
The 2026 Emmys, which will be hosted by Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star — and two-time 2026 Creative Arts Emmys winner for My Mom Jayne — Mariska Hargitay, will begin at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT at the Peacock Theater in LA. The 78th annual celebration will be broadcast live on NBC and will stream live on Peacock.
HBO Max’s The Pitt and Hacks were nominated for 25 and 24 Emmy Awards, respectively, on July 8, to lead all competitors. The Pitt took home four Creative Arts Emmys Sept. 5-6, while Hacks won one. Apple TV’s Widow’s Bay, which scored the third-most nominations with 19, won a leading eight Creative Arts Emmys.
Prior to the ceremony, fans will be able to check out the fashions that the stars are wearing as they arrive at the red carpet ceremony at the Peacock Theater. NBC will be covering the red carpet with a TikTok Pre-Show Livestream, in which hosts Trisha Paytas and Nicky Campbell will provide live coverage of arrivals, conduct celebrity interviews and provide fashion commentary.
NBC’s Pre-Show TikTok Live From the Red Carpet will run from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET/ 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on NBC’s TikTok account.
E! is also providing live red carpet coverage from the 2026 Emmys, with the special E! Live from E!: The Emmys. The special, which will be hosted by Justin Sylvester, Keltie Knight and Will Marfuggi, will begin streaming on Peacock and broadcasting on E! from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET/3 p.m. to 5 p.m. PT.

What Other Outlets Are Streaming Red Carpet Coverage From The 2026 Emmys?
In addition to NBC and Peacock/E!’s coverage of the 2026 Emmy Red Carpet, other live red carpet streaming specials include CNN & Variety Red Carpet Live: TV’s Biggest Night. The special begins Monday at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT on CNN’s website and CNN app for streaming subscribers.
For viewers who live in Los Angeles, KTLA will air a Live From The Emmys special from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. PT. The special will be broadcast from the red carpet and hosted by Jessica Holmes and Melvin Robert, along with reports from Megan Henderson.
Also featured during the special are Doug Koulk and Henderson from the Winners Walk, along with KTLA media critic Scott Mantz and fashion designer and commentator Nick Verros.
Also reporting from the 2026 Emmys red carpet are correspondents from People and Entertainment Weekly, who will be filing reports on Monday throughout the day on their websites and social media accounts.
