Earlier this month, Bon Jovi returned to the stage in the United Kingdom, playing multiple dates at Wembley Stadium in London. The shows were particularly exciting because there were several years when Jon Bon Jovi spoke openly about the fact that he may never be able to sing live again after health issues sidelined him and vocal cord surgery made his performing future uncertain.
Fans of the rockers in the U.K. have shown their love and support for the superstar and his band which bears his name by turning multiple singles into bestsellers again and pushing the outfit’s most popular compilation to new heights.
Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer” Returns to Multiple Charts
“Livin’ on a Prayer” returns to a pair of sales-focused rankings in the U.K. this week. The rock classic reenters the Official Singles Downloads chart at No. 86 and the Official Singles Sales tally at No. 95.
“Livin’ on a Prayer” has spent nine weeks on the Official Singles Sales chart and more than four times as long – 44 frames in total – as one of the most-downloaded cuts in the U.K. It barely broke into the top 40 on the downloads list, where it peaked at No. 40, but failed to do so on the broader sales ranking, where it has climbed as high as No. 62.
This week marks the first time that “Livin’ on a Prayer” has landed on either tally in 2026. The cut was last a bestseller in the U.K. in November 2025.
Bon Jovi’s “Legendary” Becomes a Bestseller Again
“Livin’ on a Prayer” is one of Bon Jovi’s oldest hits, and as it becomes a smash again, one of the group’s most recent bestsellers also returns to a single roster in the U.K. “Legendary” is back on the Official Physical Singles chart, which details the top-selling individual tracks available on CD, cassette and vinyl, reentering that race at No. 97.
“Legendary” debuted on the Official Physical Singles chart in June 2024 at No. 3. The tune fell to No. 46 the following frame and then disappeared, and it hasn’t been seen on the ranking in more than two years.
Bon Jovi Fills Two Spots on the U.K.’s Rock Chart
Bon Jovi fills a pair of spaces on the Official Rock & Metal Singles chart, the only roster where multiple compositions by the Grammy-nominated outfit appear. “Livin’ on a Prayer” is stationary at No. 2 after more than 900 stints as one of the top-performing rock smashes in the U.K.
“You Give Love a Bad Name” inches closer to the top 10 at the same time that “Livin’ on a Prayer” misses out on another turn at No. 1 by one rung. The fan favorite advances two spaces from No. 14 to No. 12. It has previously peaked where “Livin’ on a Prayer” sits this frame.
Bon Jovi’s Greatest Hits Reappears on a Sales List
While multiple songs by Bon Jovi mount comebacks in the U.K., just one full-length does the same. The group’s Greatest Hits compilation returns to the Official Albums Sales chart at No. 94, becoming a bestseller again.
Greatest Hits is regularly a streaming win in the country, but sales rarely match its performance on platforms like Spotify and others. The collection debuted on the Official Albums Sales chart in June 2024 and reached an all-time high of No. 18 that September. It has been missing from the ranking of the bestselling releases of any style for just under two years.
At the same time that the set becomes a top seller in the U.K., Greatest Hits also leaps from No. 36 to No. 17 on the Official Album Downloads chart, nearing its No. 13 high point.

Greatest Hits rises to never-before-seen positions on another two U.K. charts this week. The compilation jumps from No. 44 to No. 27 on the Official Albums Streaming ranking and surges on the Official Albums chart, the main ranking of the most-consumed full-lengths and EPs in the U.K. On that tally, Greatest Hits bounds from No. 52 to No. 38, reaching the top 40.
