In the weeks following her death, Dolly Parton’s songs and albums have performed spectacularly on charts all around the world. She had been a force on the rankings for decades, but the outpouring of support and mourning have helped the singer-songwriter posthumously reach new peaks on various tallies and score new wins on rosters that focus on both tunes and full-lengths and EPs.
Parton doubles her total number of appearances on one of Billboard’s more recently introduced rundowns – a list she never hit while she was alive.
Dolly Parton Returns to the Top Streaming Albums Chart
Diamonds & Rhinestones: The Greatest Hits Collection has become the focus for many Parton fans this week, as it’s one of her most successful compilations and it features many of her most popular singles. The project debuts on the Top Streaming Albums chart at No. 21.
Parton posthumously collects only her second appearance on the Top Streaming Albums roster. Earlier this month, shortly after her passing, Ultimate Dolly Parton earned the Grammy winner her first win and, to date, sole top 10. That release opened at No. 5, spent two stints on the tally and then disappeared.
Dolly Parton Scores One of Three Streaming Debuts
Three titles debut on the Top Streaming Albums chart this week, and Parton scores the lowest-reaching of the trio. Newcomer Adela hits the tally for the first time with Prima, which opens at No. 14.
Only a few spaces ahead of Parton is Beyoncé’s sophomore solo album B’Day. That project was recently rereleased to celebrate its twentieth anniversary, and it launches on the Top Streaming Albums list at No. 19.

Diamonds & Rhinestones Reaches a New Billboard 200 Peak
Diamonds & Rhinestones can be found on another two Billboard rankings at present. The compilation returns to the Billboard 200 at No. 24, immediately establishing a new peak nearly four years after it first reached the most important albums roster in the nation.
The collection also surges on the Top Country Albums chart. Diamonds & Rhinestones jumps from No. 41 all the way to No. 6, breaking back into the top 10 on the genre-focused rundown.
The Very Best of Dolly Parton Launches on Two Charts
The Very Best of Dolly Parton also becomes a new Billboard win for the late talent this frame. The compilation debuts at No. 18 on the Vinyl Albums chart and No. 40 on the Top Album Sales ranking.
Parton has just one other successful release that’s charting in the U.S. at the moment. Dolly Parton & Family: Smoky Mountain DNA – Family, Faith & Fables slips just one rung on the Bluegrass Albums list, settling at No. 12.
