AEW Dynamite Preview, Start Time, Key Matches For Sept. 23, 2026

The Wednesday, Sept. 23 episode of AEW Dynamite marks the final one before the All Out pay-per-view on Saturday. It will also be a special three-hour show, combining with Collision for a full night of in-ring action from Fishers Event Center in Indianapolis.

As of this writing, AEW has announced just one match, with Swerve Strickland and The New Level defending the AEW World Trios Championship against The Demand’s Ricochet, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona. The winner will face Adam Page, Bandido and Brody King at All Out.

These three trios have dominated the title scene of late, while Austin Creed and Kofi have gotten off to a hot start since debuting at All In last month. A successful win here would solidify their reign and continue that strong momentum into their first PPV title defense.

While the rest of the show should feature plenty of in-ring action, expect the usual segments surrounding both the men’s and women’s world title scenes. That could include Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley interacting for the final time before their match at All Out, along with Thekla and Willow Nightingale ahead of their No. 1 contender’s bout at the NOW Arena to determine who faces Mercedes Mone at WrestleDream.

Elsewhere, the build toward Kazuchika Okada vs. Tommaso Ciampa for the AEW International Championship should continue. The Psycho Killer has pursued gold for weeks, and with his attention now turned toward this title, can he cut The Rainmaker’s reign short on PPV?

AEW will have other All Out business to address as well, including the final build toward the Chicago Street Fight for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship and the anticipated three-way ladder match, with Adam Copeland and Christian Cage defending the AEW World Tag Team Championship against FTR and The Young Bucks.
