A few weeks ago, Beyoncé released a new single titled “Morning Dew (Donk).” The track was initially recorded for her self-titled album, which dropped more than a decade ago, but it will finally find a home on the twentieth anniversary edition of her sophomore set, B’Day, which is coming soon.

“Morning Dew (Donk)” quickly became a hit on a number of Billboard rankings, reaching the top 10 on several R&B- and hip-hop-leaning tallies. A month later, the tune has largely started to fall, but it is quickly picking up steam at radio stations across the United States. This frame, Beyoncé’s latest cut launches on no less than four rosters, and it brings her to a notable milestone on one of them.

Beyoncé Debuts on Four Radio Rankings

“Morning Dew (Donk)” debuts on four Billboard radio tallies at once. The single opens on the Adult R&B Airplay, R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, Rhythmic Airplay and Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay charts at Nos. 26, 34, 35 and 39, respectively.

Beyoncé Reaches 50 Rhythmic Airplay Hits

Throughout her career, Beyoncé has racked up dozens of hits on all four radio rankings where “Morning Dew (Donk)” is new this week. On one of them, its arrival brings her to a major milestone.

“Morning Dew (Donk)” becomes Beyoncé’s fiftieth career placement on the Rhythmic Airplay tally. She has scored even more wins on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay ranking, where her new song becomes her fifty-ninth entry. The superstar is now just one successful cut away from reaching a milestone 60 smashes.

Beyoncé Holds Two Top 10 Hits

“Morning Dew (Donk)” holds on inside the top 10 on two R&B-focused rankings, though it slips slightly on both of them this frame. The single falls to Nos. 6 and 7 on the R&B Streaming Songs and Hot R&B Songs charts, respectively. It had previously climbed as high as No. 4 on the Hot R&B Songs list, and only Michael Jackson kept Queen Bey from earning another champion on the streaming roster.

Beyoncé Falls on Four More Rankings

“Morning Dew (Donk)” also appears on four additional Billboard lists this week, and it declines on all of them – even as the singer’s team pushes the track to radio. The track slips to Nos. 13 and 14 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs tallies, respectively, while it falls to No. 50 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 188 on the Billboard Global 200.

The song enjoyed a much more impressive showing when it was new. “Morning Dew (Donk)” broke into the top 10 on both of those genre-specific R&B and hip-hop rundowns before beginning its descent.
