It’s been a little more than two years since Billie Eilish released her third album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, and the superstar is in something of a quiet period at the moment. She released a 3D concert film co-directed with Oscar winner James Cameron earlier in 2026, and it’s likely that the singer-songwriter is working on new material, although for the moment she has not revealed exactly what’s happening next.

Eilish manages something of a comeback on the music charts in the United Kingdom this frame. Her earliest breakout smash and her most recent full-length both become bestsellers again, with one returning to multiple tallies simultaneously.

Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft Returns to Three Charts

Hit Me Hard and Soft returns to three U.K. rankings this week. The album reenters the Official Physical Albums, Official Albums and Official Albums Sales charts at Nos. 91, 95 and 98, respectively.

Hit Me Hard and Soft Rises on the Streaming Chart

The Official Albums Streaming chart is the only one of the four rankings where Hit Me Hard and Soft does not need to return this week. The full-length rises four spaces from No. 96 to No. 92 on the streaming-focused tally.

Hit Me Hard and Soft has reached No. 1 on all four of the U.K. rankings where it currently appears, and it has spent almost the same length of time on each and every one of them. The project is up to 120 weeks on the Official Albums Streaming chart, 119 on the Official Albums tally and 118 turns on both the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums rosters.

Eilish’s third album had only been missing from the rankings where it reappears for two weeks. Hit Me Hard and Soft vanished from the Official Albums chart for the first time in late August, but it is already back. The set has slipped away from both the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums charts more than once during its run.

Billie Eilish’s “Ocean Eyes” Becomes a Bestseller Again

Eilish claims just one hit song in the U.K. this week, and it also mounts a comeback. “Ocean Eyes,” which she delivered years ago while still a teenager, is once again a bestseller, if only a minor one.

“Ocean Eyes” reenters the Official Physical Singles chart at No. 97, close to the bottom of the 100-space roster. The ranking focuses on the bestselling individual tunes in the United Kingdom that are made available on physical formats like CD, cassette and vinyl.

Billie Eilish Has Scored Four Physical Singles Chart No. 1s

Eilish has placed nine tracks on the Official Physical Singles chart since debuting in October 2020. Of that sum, four have reached No. 1, including “Ocean Eyes,” which has spent 28 weeks in total somewhere on the tally.

She also conquered the ranking with “My Future,” “No Time to Die” and “What Was I Made For?,” her first three wins on the rundown. Another trio of Eilish hits came within one space of joining that group, as “Birds of a Feather,” “Guess” with Charli XCX and “Skinny” all peaked at No. 2.
