Today’s Wordle Etymology
“Nifty” appeared in American English in the 19th century, meaning “stylish, clever, or excellent.” Its origin is uncertain, though it may derive from older slang nift or nifty meaning something smart or attractive. Its deeper etymology remains unknown.
Today’s Wordle Bot Analysis
Every day I check Wordle Bot to help analyze my guessing game. You can check your Wordle score with Wordle Bot right here.
POKEY was only decent because it gave me with “Y” but at least TRAIN cut my 209 words down to just 3. Alas, I guessed MINTY instead of NIFTY, but then so did the Wordle Bot!
