Ozempic drugmaker Novo Nordisk sued rival GLP-1 manufacturer Eli Lilly in federal court Tuesday, accusing the company of using “intentionally selected outdated studies” to curate allegedly misleading ad campaigns that exaggerate the efficacy of Lilly’s products.
