Pennsylvania confirmed its third and fourth measles-associated deaths on Tuesday, Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro confirmed on social media, where he also accused Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of “stoking vaccine skepticism and misinformation.”
