ABC filed a lawsuit Tuesday morning against the Trump administration and its Federal Communications Commission for allegedly violating the network’s free speech and waging a “retaliatory campaign” against it, after FCC head Brendan Carr and President Donald Trump have repeatedly railed against the network and threatened its broadcast licenses.
The ABC west headquarters is seen on May 3 in Burbank, Calif.
