Benson Boone released his first two albums only a little more than a year apart from one another, but for his third, he’s taking a little more time to get things right. Fireworks & Rollerblades made him a superstar thanks to a slew of singles, with the focus, of course, being on the decade-defining “Beautiful Things.” That set dropped in April 2024, and by the following June, American Heart had arrived as well, bringing Boone to new high points on several charts around the world.

The superstar has not yet announced a third full-length, but one is likely in the works. Back in late June, Boone returned with “The Time of My Life,” a new single that is expected to front another album campaign. This week in the United Kingdom, that track scores Boone his first top 10 win on multiple tallies while simultaneously returning to another.

Benson Boone Scores Two Top 10 Debuts

“The Time of My Life” debuts on both the Official Physical Singles and Official Vinyl Singles charts this week. The track opens at No. 3 on the two rankings, immediately becoming a top 10 success everywhere it launches this frame. “The Time of My Life” is Boone’s first track to appear on either tally, and he breaks into the top 10 on his inaugural visit to both rosters.

“The Time of My Life” Becomes a Bestseller Again

“The Time of My Life” also returns to the Official Singles Sales chart, where it appears for only the second time. The song becomes a bestseller again following its release on vinyl and reenters the general sales tally at No. 38.

Boone came considerably closer to finding his way into the top 10 during his first visit with his latest single. “The Time of My Life” debuted and peaked at No. 11 several months ago, missing the uppermost tier by only one space.

Benson Boone Is Blocked From No. 1

The same two releases keep Boone from scoring his first No. 1 on both the Official Physical Singles and Official Vinyl Singles charts. Lewis Capaldi’s “Live From North America” debuts at the summit on the two tallies. The hit becomes his third ruler on the vinyl-only tally and his eighth on the list of the bestselling singles available on any physical format. “Eudaimonia 303,” credited to Four Candles and Feemarx, launches at No. 2 on the same two rosters.

Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” Is Still Going Strong

As “The Time of My Life” becomes a bestseller again in the U.K., “Beautiful Things,” which will surely go down as Boone’s signature single, continues its remarkable run. More than 130 weeks into its time on both the Official Singles and Official Streaming charts, the tune remains a true hit.

“Beautiful Things” rises one space to No. 66 on the Official Singles chart this week. It simultaneously holds at No. 36 on the Official Streaming tally, where it is impressively still a top 40 success years after it was released.
