“Avengers: Endgame” has now grossed about $2.925 billion since it first hit theaters in 2019, Variety and Deadline reported Sunday morning, just edging out the $2.923 billion “Avatar” has grossed since its original 2009 release.
“Avengers” grossed just over $4 million this weekend, but it brought in a bigger haul of $26 million last weekend to top the box office.
