HYBE has announced that its debut international Weverse Con Festival is coming to India. The two-day event, which until now has only taken place in South Korea, is scheduled for March 27 and 28, 2027 in New Delhi, with lineup details coming soon.

Sponsors confirmed for the India edition include Kia India, Mastercard, Project B, Samsung, and NONGSHIM as an associate partner. Tickets will be available exclusively on BookMyShow.

What The HYBE Weverse Con Festival Is

Weverse is HYBE’s global fan community platform. The name also lends itself to Weverse Con, a live extension which is the company’s primary annual music festival.

So far, both the festival and the app are home to artists both within and outside the HYBE ecosystem, so we can expect the India edition to follow similar rules.

The 2026 edition, held on June 6 and 7 at KSPO DOME and the 88 Lawn Field of Seoul Olympic Park, featured a lineup across multiple generations of K-pop, including HYBE artists ILLIT, ENHYPEN and LE SSERAFIM, along with PLAVE, &TEAM, TWS, BoyNextDoor, Wendy, Lee Changsub and Zico, among others.

Why HYBE Chose India For The Weverse Con Festival

In an earlier interview with Variety India, HYBE India CEO Damien Woochang Lee had said the company wants “to meet the magnitude of India’s potential.”

Meanwhile, HYBE artists KATSEYE and Rhea Raj will be in town in January for Lollapalooza India.

Right before the Weverse Con announcement, CEO Lee teased India activities on an Instagram post with Rhea Raj, Stray Kids’ S.Coups, and rapper Hanumankind, titled “India, Here We Go”. Another post featured Hanumankind, Raj and singer Eric Nam.

HYBE set up its India offices in September of 2025, and have since begun scouting for their first girl group across multiple cities in India.

As more and more labels look to belatedly capitalize on India’s massive, highly engaged audiences, this next step from HYBE will build out its own event infrastructure in the country rather than a complete reliance on third party event lineups.

Pre-sale ticketing and general sale details for HYBE’s Weverse Con India edition will be announced separately. A full artist lineup announcement is expected closer to the event.
