Scott Peters Proposes Body Cam, Training Reforms After Fatal ICE Shootings

Earlier this month, two men—one in Texas and another in Maine—were fatally shot by ICE agents in the span of a week. Neither of the men who were killed were the intended target of an immigration operation. Rep. Scott Peters (D-CA) joined “Forbes Newsroom” to discuss the shootings and his legislation, the Stop Excessive Force in Immigration Act.
