Count Seattle Seahawk Jaxon Smith-Njigba as the latest NFL player to turn food influencer. Last season, Levy partnered with players from three different NFL teams to promote special menus at home stadiums, and in 2026 Lumen Field joins the mix with a new “JSN Menu” developed alongside the star wide receiver.

Smith-Njigba collaborated with Levy to create the special menu, with each dish using J-S-N ingredients for the three different items spread across stands on the 100, 200 and 300 level of Lumen Field.

The menu features jerk salmon nachos, breads and JSN spreads and a jicama steak noodles.

“Seattle has an amazing food culture with a wide range of flavors, so it’s an absolute honor to partner with Levy’s team of chefs to introduce the JSN Menu for Seahawks games,” Smith-Njigba says. “The 12s make Lumen Field unlike anywhere else in the league, and as players, we feed off their energy every week. Now I get the chance to return the favor in a different way and connect with the 12s beyond football.”

The three menu items each take a turn in the stadium, with a limited-time engagement planned for the dishes. It all starts with the jerk salmon nachos creating a “fresh catch” from the receiver with tortilla chips layered with pickled jalapenos, Fresno peppers, cheese sauce and locally sourced smoked salmon seasoned with a house-made juniper-jerk spice blend. The nachos are served through Oct. 25.

Next up, Nov. 2 through Nov. 8, comes the breads & JSN spreads. His collection of warm artisan breads and a trio of JSN spreads—jalapeno jam, smoked salmon spread and nectarine butter—highlights the offering. Then from Dec. 7 through Dec. 25, the JSN Menu switches to the jicama steak noodles featuring steak and pickled jicama over ramen noodles in a house-made bone broth. It’s a nod to the noodle shop scene prevalent in Seattle.

“We’ve had a lot of fun creating the menu and bringing the whole campaign to life,” Smith-Njiba says.

Last year, Levy kicked off the collaborations with NFL players in Atlanta with offensive linemen Chris Lindstrom and Matthew Bergeron debuting a “jumbo dirty bird turkey leg” and a new peach cobbler parfait with fennel fries at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Along with the Falcons, Levy partnered with Carolina Panthers’ wide receiver Xavier Legette on a Legette-themed “the masked bandit sandwich,” and with Detroit Lions’ Jahmyr Gibbs for a “spin, dash smash(burger) combo.”
