Three new bars dedicated to watching women’s sports have opened in Manhattan and Brooklyn since last year’s championships, and the New York Liberty bar network has expanded beyond 2025’s go-to watch spots. Here’s where to catch a home or away game beyond Barclays.

Minutes from Barclays Center, Athena Keke’s is Clinton Hill’s women’s sports bar with a full kitchen. Weekend brunch is popular for bottomless drip coffee and breakfast sandwiches on bread from nearby women-owned Otway Bakery. Expect a crowd on game days.

Women’s sports fans can visit this spacious bar in Williamsburg for all Liberty games. Enjoy a full bar plus stadium-style refreshments like popcorn, burgers and hot dogs, boneless wings and fried Oreos.

Branded Saloon becomes Seafoam Saloon during the Liberty Home Opener on May 8. The Prospect Heights bar and restaurant with a queer energy will play Liberty games all season long, and also be a hub for fans on their way to and from Barclays Center on game days. Games will be played on flat screens throughout the space, Liberty-themed food and drinks will be served, and a community vibe is promised.

The oldest lesbian bar in Brooklyn, Ginger’s has become a hub to watch Liberty games. The pub is cash only, casual and often crowded on game days, making for a fun viewer experience. There’s a spacious backyard for those who need fresh air. Liberty season ticket holders can enjoy drink specials on May 8 for the home opener.

Manhattan’s only bar dedicated to showing exclusively women’s sports will show all Liberty games, with sound, of course, plus more WNBA games throughout the season. Regulars can join the Mug Club for a free draft pour and discounts every time they visit the Lower East Side bar.
